Managed Hosting & Carefor Websites We Build
After launch, we can continue to host, maintain, monitor, and support your website or digital platform — so you don't have to manage the technical side yourself.
A cleaner, safer, lower-friction way to keep your website running properly.
What's Included
Managed hosting and care is a scoped support service — not unlimited everything. The specifics of what is covered are defined per plan and per project.
What This Is Ideal For
Business owners who want one point of responsibility after launch.
Clients who do not want to manage hosting, deployments, updates, and troubleshooting themselves.

What happens if you want to move later?
By default, we host and manage the websites and systems we build for clients. This gives clients a simple, fully supported route after launch with one point of responsibility.
However, if a client prefers to use their own hosting stack, or wants to migrate away later, we support a professional handoff process. Clients are not trapped.
The commercial principles below apply to all projects we deliver:
Commercial Principles
Client content and brand assets belong to the client.
Bespoke deliverables are governed by the project agreement.
Third-party accounts (domain, Stripe, analytics, etc.) should ideally be in the client's name where practical.
Hosting and support is a managed service — not a hostage arrangement.
Migration and handoff can be offered as a scoped paid service where appropriate.
What Handoff Can Include
- ▸Source code export or repository handoff (where applicable)
- ▸Asset export — images, fonts, brand files
- ▸CMS or database export (where applicable)
- ▸Environment and configuration handover guidance
- ▸List of key third-party services used
- ▸Deployment notes and infrastructure documentation
- ▸Optional migration assistance (scoped separately)
What Handoff Does Not Include
- –Third-party paid licences not owned by the client
- –Proprietary internal workflows or tools used by Product Systems AI
- –Future support beyond the agreed handoff scope
- –Infrastructure under Product Systems AI's own master or reseller accounts, unless specifically migrated
All handoff and migration scope is agreed in writing before work begins.
