Biohacking Manchester opened as the city's first dedicated biohacking clinic, offering therapies that were previously only accessible to elite athletes and high-performance executives. The founders had the facility, the expertise, and the therapies — but needed a digital presence that could communicate the science without alienating the mainstream wellness audience.
The challenge was nuanced: biohacking is still an emerging category in the UK. The website needed to educate as much as it needed to convert. Visitors arriving from a Google search for "cryotherapy Manchester" needed to understand not just what the therapy is, but why it works, what results to expect, and how to book their first session — all without leaving the page.
Product Systems AI built a platform structured around three core pillars — Recovery, Performance, and Longevity — that map directly to the three types of clients the clinic serves. ARIA, the AI biohacking advisor, was integrated on every page to guide visitors toward the right therapy combination for their specific goals.
The result is a clinic website that functions as both a conversion engine and an education platform — turning curious visitors into informed, confident clients.

Discovery & Brief
The client came to Product Systems AI with a clear vision: Manchester's first dedicated biohacking clinic needed a website that matched the cutting-edge nature of the therapies on offer. The brief was to build a credibility-first platform that converted curious visitors into booked clients.
Design & Brand System
We developed a dark, clinical-yet-warm aesthetic that communicates both scientific authority and human wellness. Deep greens and emerald tones were chosen to evoke vitality and biological optimisation without the cold sterility of a hospital.
Platform Build
Built a full-stack clinic website with online session booking, detailed therapy programme pages, and an AI biohacking advisor (ARIA) to guide visitors through the right therapies for their goals. Google Reviews integration was added to build social proof at the point of conversion.
Launch & Go-Live
The site launched to strong initial engagement, with the ARIA AI advisor driving significant session-to-booking conversion. The three-pillar content architecture (Recovery, Performance, Longevity) proved highly effective for SEO, capturing intent-driven searches across Manchester.
